TRU1 WLAN Reference Unit

The TRU1 is a dual band WLAN reference radio that can be set to both access point mode and WLAN client (station) mode. It enables data throughput measurements in both uplink and downlink direction. The WLAN radio supports 802.11ac Wave 2 with 4x4 MIMO as well as all the legacy WLAN standards (802.11a/b/g/n).

ISS11 Attenuator System

The ISS11 Attenuator System is based on the ISS11 platform and enables for more flexible IP throughput versus path loss performance measurements on any wireless standard in the 700MHz to 6GHz range. Applications include testing with real cellular base stations/remote radio units as well as WLAN measurements using any connectorized access point or device as the signal source. Together with the TRU1 WLAN Reference Unit it creates a complete test system for WLAN radio performance evaluation of Access Points and devices.

TTS11 for WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n IP throughput

The Bluetest WLAN Throughput Tester, TTS11 is an excellent tool for fast and accurate WLAN throughput measurements on the IP layer. To measure the throughput versus received power level is the best way to characterize the WLAN device and to distinguish between good and bad transceiver design solutions. The engineer can measure how the WLAN chipset perform, how good the antennas are and what antenna positions are optimal. The TTS11 for IP throughput measurements will reflect the end-user experience of the device.

ISS11 Instrument Switch

Bluetest ISS11 Instrument Switch makes it possible for the user to create a permanent test set-up around the RTS. All the instruments like communication testers and networks analyzers can be connected to the chamber without time consuming re-cabling.

ISS11 contains three high performance SP4T switches and two optional SPDT switches for support of RTS with 4x4 MIMO. The switch is controlled via Ethernet or RS-232 and is fully integrated in the Bluetest Flow platform.
