During the last month Bluetest has recieved four new High Performance (HP) chamber orders. Three of the orders are from customers in Asia and one from a customer in Europe. All of the orders include software for very fast measurements of diversity gain and and MIMO capacity.

It is difficult and timeconsuming to find the best small multi-antenna configuration for optimum diversity gain or optimum MIMO capacity in a fading environment with traditional antenna measurement methods, i.e. in anechoic chambers. Of the two alternatives for making direct measurements, i.e. drive tests and the reverberation chamber, the reverberation chamber offers many advantages. It creates an artificial, fully controlled and repeatable Rayleigh environment in which measurements are simple, fast and cost effective. The Bluetest chambers are the only commercially available antenna test chambers for direct tests of antenna diversity gain and MIMO capacity.
