My role is to assist the sales team when they present our products to new customers as well as giving quick support to our existing customers with their upcoming issues. My role is important because I help to increase the user’s confidence when they learn how to use all functions of our products. We at Bluetest show the customers how they can work smarter with our highly productive devices. I like my job because I enjoy helping out and see the satisfied smiles of our customers. I support and like the values we live by in Bluetest (customer focus, innovation, teamwork, trust) and enjoy spreading these to our customers in China. It’s also great to develop my own competence within Bluetest and it has made me feel “at home”. In the future, I hope to become a product specialist and hope to continue growing my knowledge together with Bluetest.
