The system and method team are responsible for understanding and developing the function of our systems. This leads to a very broad range of tasks and for me involves both a lot of lab work and development of new measurement algorithms along with RF- related hardware design and simulations. A typical day for me can therefore involve everything from debugging a 5G connection in our instruments and analyzing measurement data to reviewing hardware drawings with our mechanics designers. Bluetest has a fun team of different employees, all very helpful when you're facing problems. It leads to a fun environment to develop and come up with new ideas.
