2020 has been a very strange year for everyone. The COVID-19 situation makes it close to impossible to continue the activities we have as a company in a normal way. Travel has been difficult to manage and customer meetings have been somewhat complex to arrange. It has definitely proved challenging, but thankfully to today’s technology (including our own) we have made it work.
I would say that Bluetest has succeeded to adapt to the situation in a very good way, which of course it is mainly thanks to the very flexible and competent staff. Our customers way of working has also been very impressive and inspiring during this period, and we are very grateful and humble for this overall understanding from all parties involved.
This year has entailed an excellent development for Bluetest with more business compared to last year. We have added new customers and have had exceptional cooperation with our existing customers during the year.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers for your continued trust in us and our products and services, especially during these challenging times. Thanks also to our cooperating partners as well as to our suppliers and distributors. Finally, and most important, I am very thankful to a all of Bluetest employees in Sweden and globally. It is your great experience, flexibility and cooperation in adapting to the current situation and dedication that makes Bluetest so successful and contributes to our continued development within our industry.
