In collaboration with Rohde & Schwarz we are now presenting a new white paper that discusses LTE-Advance OTA measurements in RTS65 reverberation chamber. It also covers how to handle the challenges of complexity that comes with higher order MIMO and more carriers to your test setup and why it is important to do your LTE carrier aggregation measurements OTA.
The Internet of Things (IoT) segment brings many new wireless standards to the market. Two of these new standards are Sigfox and LoRa. Both of them are Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) standards operating in the European 868 MHz ISM band, but with very different approach to the radio interface implementation.
Gothenburg, Sweden – May 2017 – Bluetest, the world leader in reverberation chamber technology for MIMO OTA (over-the-air) measurements, is introducing a 5G extension package to the worldwide used reverberation chamber RTS65. The new 5G extension package consists of a number of options that enable MIMO OTA measurements for initial trials and deployments of 5G applications.

Gothenburg, Sweden – November 2016 – Bluetest, the world leader in reverberation chamber technology for MIMO OTA measurements, is introducing the most compact member of the Reverberation Test System (RTS) family – the RTS25. The new RTS25 is optimized for measurements on the 2.4 and 5 GHz ISM bands and is therefore the natural choice for your Over-the-Air (OTA) measurements of WLAN, Bluetooth devices, or IoT applications such as ZigBee and Thread.
We are happy to announce that Bluetest has signed a Sales Representative agreement with the Chinese company RFsister.
We are very happy to announce that the reverberation chamber is included as the only measurement methodology for wireless large form factor devices in CTIA’s test plan for over-the-air (OTA) performance. All devices larger than notebook-size (one dimension larger than 42 cm) are defined as a large form factor device. The test plan covers the following cellular protocols: CDMA, CDMA 1xRTT DATA, CDMA 1xEV-DO, GSM, GPRS, EGPRS, UMTS and LTE.
Since June 2016 Mats Andresson is back at Bluetest as Vice President Sales and Business Development (EMEA). He will hold a seminar at KTH on the 9th of September, at 14.30-16.00.
Professor Per-Simon Kildal, the founder of Bluetest AB, unexpectedly passed away last week. We at Bluetest are sending our thoughts to his family during this burdensome time.
Bluetest Flow measurement software now supports Keysight’s latest instrumentation, simplifying advanced OTA measurements.
The annual European Conference on Antennas and Propagation, EuCAP 2016 will take place in Davos, Switzerland, 10-15 April. Bluetest will be there and you can see us in booth #9 together with our distributor MRC-Gigacomp.
Join us and find out more on the latest advances in our reverberation chamber in how you can improve your wireless.
